Administrative Office Position, Johnstown Location
Choices Clinical Counseling is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Office Professional to join our growing team!
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
This role is the heart of our office. You’ll support our clinicians and clients by managing front-office operations, scheduling, answering phones, and helping keep everything running smoothly in a warm, professional environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask and work independently

Experience in an office or medical/mental health setting is a plus
